One App Store Connect API key per workspace lets Union import Apple’s reports for every app in it. Union only reads — it never edits your listing, keywords or review replies.
Create the key
In App Store Connect, open Users and Access → Integrations → App Store Connect API and create a team key with access to your apps. Download the .p8 file — Apple shows it only once — and note the key id and issuer id.
In Union, open Settings → App Store Connect at the workspace level and paste the issuer id, key id, the .p8 and your vendor number (from Payments and Financial Reports; Apple has no API for it). Union checks the key with Apple, shows when it last did, and never shows the key again.
What Union imports
| Report | What you get |
|---|---|
| Analytics | Impressions, product page views, downloads and first-time downloads per storefront and source. |
| Downloads (detailed) | The apps and websites that sent downloads, as far as Apple names them. |
| Sales | Units, refunds and proceeds per product and currency. |
| Subscriptions | Active subscriptions, events and MRR. |
| Reviews | Every written review with your replies. |
| TestFlight and versions | Builds, testers, versions in review and phased release progress. |
When the numbers arrive
Apple publishes most reports one to two days late and sometimes skips a day. A day Apple has not reported is shown as a gap, never as zero, and the App Store sync card in Settings shows what each night’s import read and wrote.
Pick the app
With a key connected, choose the project’s app from your Apple team’s list. Without one, paste the App Store id or URL — positions, ratings and rival tracking need only the public App Store and work without a key.
