Pricing questions.
What counts as an event?
Every event your app or backend sends that Union accepts: screen views, custom events and the SDK’s session events. Webhooks from RevenueCat, Apple and Survicate, and App Store Connect imports, are not events.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing stops. Union shows your usage and a projection for the month on the Data page, so you can move to a larger plan before it matters.
How do I pay?
Through Paddle, our merchant of record, which also handles VAT and sends the invoices. Plans are monthly or yearly (two months free), and you can change or cancel them from Settings at any time.
Are features limited on the free plan?
No. Every plan has every view and integration; plans differ by monthly events and how long session detail and aggregates are kept.
